TUDO BOM FAMILIA!!! This has been a really good week and it really went by so fast so lets jump into it!! Check out the sick flicks https://photos.app.goo.gl/xe1Vd6BePndq8WzQA 🔥Elders Fugo🔥 We started this week with an event thingy (I think it's the closest I am going to get to a party on the mission) . It was with all the elders in the whole mission so I got to see my Dawgs, Elder Allen and Elder Buchanan. Also got to see Elder Larson there which is wild here. I am 6,000 miles from home and I saw someone I met from before the mission. Teaching So our baptism this week fell through which really did hurt because it was 2 days before he was supposed to get baptized😭. But we met a really cool family and hopefully they progress this week!! Language This week was really frustrating because I know enough to know how much I still have to learn which feels like I will never be fully fluent but it's ok I got God on my side! But this week at the end of the lesson (so after I spoke like ALOT) the person asked me “Where in Brazil am I from” and I said I am from the USA and he was shocked Português was my second language so that was a confidence boost for sure!! Spiritual thought⚡️ So this week my studies have been on Captain Moroni and holy he was a DAWG!! My favorite part about him is he was always preparing for the enemy especially in times of peace. I love this because we can apply this in our life. We need to keep reading the scriptures and praying everyday especially when we are going good. I love when the Lamanites found out how strong the Nephites forts and cities were and they were shocked. We need this same thing so when the devil comes in our everyday lives he is SHOCKED how strong our faith is and our foundation in Christ!!!!! I love you all and pray for yall every night.
